Please read the following contract thoroughly and initial by each statement.

_______ Chantel Loveless must be notified immediately in writing of any change in the wedding/event plans, such as date, time, or location, which would affect the coverage of the event.

_______ The above clients agree to pay Chantel Loveless by cash or check. The client must make any cancellations in written form to the photographer and mailed to ___________________________________________. (Address available upon request)

_______ Pay increments will be allowed but the package balance in its entirety will be due no later than the day of the event.

_______ Chantel Loveless shall be the exclusive photographer retained for the event. Videographers and other vendors as well as semiprofessional photographers must not obstruct or interfere with the official event photography. Chantel Loveless is not responsible for compromised coverage due to causes beyond her control such as guests camera flash, existing backgrounds, or lighting conditions which may negatively impact or restrict the photographs. Family and friends may take their own candid photographs at the wedding reception.

_______ In order to provide the complete and detailed photographic coverage you deserve, I ask that the full wedding party, including parents, be at the wedding location at the agreed time before the ceremony begins, dressed and ready for photographs. Chantel Loveless will not be responsible for any missed photographs caused by the members of the wedding party, family, or vendors arriving late or not present.

_______ Every reasonable effort will be made to take any requested pictures, but no specific pose or photographs can be promised. I will use my professional judgment and discretion to select which images to deliver as a finished edited product.

_______ All images remain the sole property of Chantel Loveless. This contract serves as a model release giving the photographer the right to use the images in all forms of media without any restriction for purposes such as advertising, display, exhibitions, and contests or to make reproductions for the client.

_______Notice of Copyright: It is Illegal to copy or reproduce in any medium the photographs elsewhere without the photographers (Chantel Loveless) written permission in the form of a copyright release. All photographs taken by Chantel Loveless are protected by United States Copyright Laws (USC Title 17). Violators of this federal law will be subject to its civil and criminal penalties. The Client(s) hereby waives any claims for ownership, income, editorial control, and use of the images.

Each person signing below is fully responsible for ensuring that full payment is made pursuant to the terms of this legal agreement. The terms and conditions of this contract are understood and accepted by:
